Goal: Illustrate in a concise number of images, the dorsal hump take-down technique using using the upper lateral cartilages as a cutting guide.

Audience: Maxillofacial surgeons

Solution: 5 images were created with a limited colour palette and concise use of surgical implements and sutures to direct the eye.
